The questions we get most.
How fast is it?
Production starts from 3 working days. If you have a fixed date, tell us right away with your enquiry — then we plan around it from the start.
Do I see what it will look like beforehand?
Always. You get a free design preview with dimensions and finish. We only produce once you've approved it.
What if I only have a poor image of my logo?
Send it anyway. A screenshot, a phone photo of the old sign, a sketch on a napkin — we can redraw most things cleanly. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF) are fastest, but they're not required.
Does it work outdoors?
Yes. For outdoor use we build weatherproof — that changes the wiring, the material thickness and where the power supply sits. Just tell us with your enquiry that it's going on a façade and we'll plan it that way from the start. Frost isn't an issue, by the way: the light strip handles down to −20 °C.
How much electricity does a sign use?
Very little. An 80 cm sign uses roughly as much as an energy-saving desk lamp, depending on the design. At three hours a day we're talking a few euros of electricity per year.
Is it safety tested?
Yes. Independent test reports exist for the components we use — for the luminaire itself, for the power supply, for electromagnetic emissions and for freedom from hazardous substances. If you need the documents for your records or your insurer, we'll simply send them over.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Europe and beyond with DHL Express and FedEx. Within the EU there are no customs charges, and business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced at 0 % VAT.
How long does a sign last?
The silicone LEDs we use are rated for up to 100,000 hours. We give you a two-year warranty on technology and workmanship.
We have several locations — is that possible?
Of course. We work regularly with hotels, restaurant groups and multi-site retailers. We keep your contour data on file, so a repeat order in two years looks exactly like the first sign.
Do I need an electrician?
Indoors, normally not — it comes with a power supply and plug, and mounting material is included. For a hard-wired connection or outdoor installation we'd recommend a qualified electrician.
